SSD C Drive, HDD E Drive Problem (win 8)

I have two hard drives. One is a SSD which I installed my OS on. And I have my hard drive; a 1TB. The problem I'm having is that everything I save/download is going to my SSD, which is the C drive currently. My 1TB drive is the E drive. How can I switch the drives on Windows 8 to make my 1TB drive the C drive, and my SSD the E?
