Blue Screens in games

i blue screen in almost all games
-tried reinstalling windows didnt work
- wondering if it is ram or hdd.. not sure if i have a faulty motherboard or mabye cpu.
i need help please respond with possible fixes

- FX 4100
- ASRock 970 Extreme4
- 750GB WD Caviar Green
- 680w PSU
- PNY XLR8 GTX 460

upgrade videodrivers.
If your HDD is WD scan it with this program

do you have your gpu or cpu overclocked? if so, run them at stock and see if the problem continues
