First SSD - does this benchmark look ok?

Hi Guys

I've got a Dell Vostro Core i7 860 system with 16GB RAM, motherboard southbridge on CPU-Z says its Intel H57 based which looks like its SATA 2 only

question was do the below speeds look like normal? they seem a bit on the low side compared to other benchmarks.

This is on a clean Win8 system with no AV etc installed yet.

Advice would be much appreciated

Also getting lots of errors when i try to run the optimization like these:ERROR OPTIMIZATION COptInterface::TriggerOpt::3 LBA_RANGE_EXCEPTION encountered on Disk S0WKNEAC803038 with Error Code: 5

software does not seem as stable as the intel one I have on laptop

I dont know why but just seems sluggish compared to my intel one, maybe its just me!
