Scratch Build: EVGA Classified SR-2 Case Project - Final Pics

I was commissioned to build an oak and aluminum case to house a watercooled EVGA SR-2 motherboard rig.

  • Form factor: HPTX (EVGA's SR-2)
  • Dimensions: 46 x 27 x 35 inches (HxWxD)
  • Weight: 161 pounds
  • Materials: Solid red oak and oak veneer plywood, .10-inch aluminum sheet, .125-inch angle, stainless steel fasteners
  • Finish: black wood stain with wipe-on polyurethane, black powder coating
  • Internal drive bays: 37 x 5.25-inch
  • PSUs: 2x
  • Two custom radiator mounting brackets to hold 4 x 140x4 radiators

    That is one 'murrican computer. Truly a thing of ridiculosity. Where the hell you gonna keep that, an underground lair??? Yes Im jealous.
