Should I sell my EVGA p55 FTW

In order to buy a Asrock Fatal1ty P67? Would switching to 1155 be worth the extra money that I have to pay for a new CPU etc?

I will say yes a nice boost. I would also get an Asus board I know Asus makes Asrock but they are the lower end boards.
