CD's Get hot?.

Hey guys, today i have had a few problems 1 i installed my razer drivers for my new mouse, and it made my pc go weird, couldnt startup properly. Its solved now not sure what it was. My current problem is basicly i put disc in my CD drive,and it starts spinning what sounds like pretty damn fast, when i finish what im doing and take the cd out, the cd is hot?. Any idea what this is?

The disc shouldn't get anything like hot unless the drive itself is mounted too close to a hard drive with little or no air-space between them, or if your system is overheating in general. Check that all the fans are working.
