~What to upgrade to play SC2 on Ultra???~

Ok, this is my brothers computer. I know we could upgrade something to make it run SC2 on ultra. But what is it?!

He has a * AMD Phenom 9500 Quad Core running at 2.20Ghz
* 8 GB of RAM
* Running Windows Vista 64bit.
* ATI Radeon 3200 Graphics Card.
* He is running on a fairly large monitor. Perhaps a 22''.

If there are any other specs I need to list let me know. He would like to find cheap fixes. So please let me know what kind of upgrades to run Starcraft 2 on Ultra Settings fairley smooth. Thanks guys!!!

At your monitors native resolution 1680x1050 you will need an ATI HD5770 and to overclock your processor.
