Which AMD quad core processor?

It's really not that difficult, you go to foxconns website and you find your motherboard and it will tell you what cpu's are compatible.

I did it for you.

http://www.foxconnsupport.com/cpusupportlist.aspx?type=mb&socket=Socket%20AM2+/AM2&model=A6VMX&cputype=AMD

Pay attention to the bios version they show on that page, if you don't have the latest version you'll need to update it before removing the old cpu.

This is probably the best your going to be able to find. Better buy it fast cause they probably only have 1 or 2 left in stock before it gets deactivated.
