What is the harmful cpu temp?

i have an amd athlon 64 x2 245 ,stock clock speed is 2.9ghz i overclocked it to 3.34 ghz how will i know what temperature it will be harmful for my cpu...

    I would say 65'C (full load) is the max, don't get higher than that, CPU will throttled down when it's get too HOT and reduce performance...

    Graphic card can stand above 100'C, but normally people want to get it under 90'C.
    Northbridge or Southbride is about 70'C, get it under that temp.
