i m trying to connect the front headphone and from that there is no sound what should i do

Did you connect it to the mobo? Then go in your sound application and select front panel headphone. Whenever you need the sound to the connectors in the back select the speakers.

For instance for the onboard realtek audio it looks like this

can we have more info on your system, i.e: configuration...including the case your using

here' what you should note first

make sure your pins are properly connected to the motherboards's front panel connector that should like this -

and then check up the software that comes with all realtek/DTH audio drivers
