Hello, today I switched from knology to comcast (yeh I know frying pan -fire)and surprize 1 hour after the tech left I couldn't connect to the internet. I have just spoken to a helpful cc lady who told me it's my netgear router needs re configuring. Could anyone out there help I tried faqs but quickly got lost in the technobable so I'd appreciate any help in computer-imbecile terms for me to be able to understand. Thank you

I have refused to to anything Comcast for 15 years. I recommend you call their help line, they should be able to walk you through it.
