hi, I have a problem with my external hard drive WD, when I plug the external hard disk my PC and laptop detected it, but when I check it on "COMPUTER" it did not appear. But when I check on the devices and printers its allocated and working properly, How can I used it as storage...

please help me.

Goto disk management if it shows up there and if the partition / filesystem is shown there.
