Looking for a bios update specifically for SSD's but I can't find any :( Windows 7 Pro 64-bit.

Got the firmware update but until I can determine I wont destroy my fresh new format with it I'm just going to sit on it...

Edit - It looks like there hasn't been a bios fix released for my mobo in over 2 years.. Would I be safe just to do the firmware update?
