Win7 Can't extend partition

I had about a 500gb partition of my old files because I messed up my system with a wrong hackintosh distro because I wanted to try out final cut pro. because I didn't want to lose anything I booted off my ubuntu flash drive and simply shrank the partition down and reinstalled on the empty space as to not lose any data. Now I'm 100% sure its clean of data I need but windows won't let me extend the partition I'm using over. Heres a screenshot http://i.imgur.com/cfFDn.png

In your situation your system partition is at the end of the disk , however the uanlocated space is before the system partition, therefore, you could not use the "extend volume" to add the unallocated space into your system partition. To solve this, you could only use other partition software, such as free AOMEI Partition Assistant, here is a video tutorial about how to merge unallocated space into system partition hope it could help you.
