I have an HP laptop model N5495 running winxp pro
and each time i reboot the display reverts back to 800x600

any sugestions?

i figured out what it was, wrong drivers, there are two sets of drivers
for some reason at hp web site.
The correct driver is in the single file which is supposed to have all
the drivers
for this laptop in that one file.
