MicroAtx is bad?

How bad is the microATX compared to standard ATX?

GA-Z68MA-D2H-B3 seems to be a good motherboard but it is a microATX ! I will overclock my cpu , gpu, ram and I dont have much money to spend...

Config:

i5 2500k
Vengeance 8GB (2x4) cl 9
Hyper 212 plus
GTX 560 Ti


The motherboard price is awesome, but I dont know how many power phases it has.....

Any1 can give me a recommendation about this motherboard or another one with +- the same price?

The problem with Micro-ATX is that the smaller size limits expandability with the expansion slots. So you will have a hard time finding a Micro-ATX board that support SLI or Crossfire or you are looking to run a larger number of add in cards you might run into some problems.

GA-Z68MA-D2H-B3 has SLI/CROSSFIRE support (dual x8), virtu and 4 power phases....

I dont know what to do! Buy this one matx or a atx with less features (no virtu for instance)....

The Maximus IV Gene-Z is a very nice micro that supports CFX/SLI and provides plenty of headroom for overclocking.
