Slightly off topic but can anyone help?
I have an Epson PM 950C, this printer apparently is only available in Japan
(where I bought it). My brother in the UK has a Stylus Photo 950 and
comparing the ink cartridges I can't see any difference except the product
numbers.
My brother tried some of my Japanese cartridges in his Stylus but the
printer refused to recognise the new cartridge. Is there any way to hack
into the software to allow these cartridges to be used - the cartridges here
in Japan cost around 1000 yen ($9) but in the UK they're often double the
price.

Tried there. Got a possible answer. Many thanks for the suggestion
