Best GPU for After Effects CS5? ($150 Budget)

Here's my build:

ASUS M4A785TD-V EVO MOBO
AMD Phenom II 955 Quad core CPU
500w Power supply
4GB DDR3 RAM
500GB 7200 RPM Western Digital HDD
1TB 7200RPM Seagate Barracuda HDD

Currently, I'm using my old NVIDIA GeForce 8500GT GPU

...already more than I need to say.

Also, I'm running Windows 7 Home Preimum 64-bit...

Anyway...

I do a little gaming, but mainly video editing, mostly with After Effects CS5. My current GPU is putting some serious limits on me. I have $100-150 to spend on a new GPU. What should I get? :heink:

Planned purchase date.... within 2 weeks I hope.

A friend recommended ATI Radeon HD 5750... but any recommendations and/or affirmations will be graciously accepted.

Thanks!

P.S. I'm working with a lot of H.264 encoded .mov's, which my GPU doesn't like to play at full res (1080p), not that my monitor (19-inch, 1440x900) can -fit- a full 1080p... but you know how the Quicktime player can resize it to fit your screen... anyway...

At that price point you can get a 9800 GTX/GTX+ or a GTS 250.They have CUDA and are quite good for your requirements.
