Windoes 7 on SSD, the rest on HDD, how?

Hi.

2 questions please:

1) I have a 60GB SSD that I intended to use for Windows 7 only. I have a 2TB HDD that I want to use for everything else.

I installed Win 7 on SSD and the original Win 7 updates were installed in it automatically, including my GTX 660 updated driver (it automatically updated it :(  ).

Then I connected my HDD to my mobo and initialized it. Now I want ALL my downloads and every update to go to HDD automatically, EXCEPT for any future Win 7 updates which I want to go to SSD automatically.

How do I do that?

2) I haven't done any of those stuff that people say about SSD including setting up AHCI. I can't get into my BIOS AT ALL....please help me with that too.

Specs:
- Gigabyte Z77X-UD3H (Rev. 1.1)
- i5-3570k
- Kingston SSDNow 300V 60GB
- WD CAviar Black 2TB
- COrsair GS700 PSU
- Gigabyte GTX 660
- 8GB Corsair Vengeance RAM (1600MHZ, 1.5V)
- Win 7 Home...

I have tried with pressing the DEL key with a USB keyboard, and with a Logitech Wireless keyboard. EIther way, DEL key doesn't work. F8 takes me into some menu (like F12) where it asks me some questions, and I always just choose "Start Windows Normally"!!!
Is there anything wrong with the BIOS? or the mobo?

I appreciate your help. I am a noob and this is my first "gaming" pc that I built my self.

Happy holidays :)
