Any foreseeable issues with this build? i7

Upgrading from a q6600 build, I already have a Sapphire 5870, Antec P182 case, and a corsair 750w PSU. I'm planning to reuse all these components and wanted to upgrade to an i7. My main usage is gaming (civilization, sc2, wow, dirt 2) (love eyefinity, 3*1680x1050) and I don't plan to overclock.

Missing an HDD, unless you have an old SATA HDD you intend to use for storage.

ah sorry forgot to add that, I do have a 1TB WD Black that I'm planning to use as storage
