Best computer specs for avchd video editing?

I do heavy AVCHD editing in premiere pro and after effects cs5 on a 64 bit computer i am buying a new computer what specs would you choose?????

For what components? CPU+RAM+Mobo+PSU+GPU+Cooler+Case+Monitor?
Or what? we need more info here...

Premiere Pro and CS5 are CPU intensive programs, so as long as you have a fast CPU then you'll good.

You can go for the Phenom II X6 (1055T, 1075T, 1090T) + AM3 mobo + 4-8GB of RAM, a smaller Samsung Spinpoint F3/F4 for the OS, a 1TB Spinpoint F3 for storage, cheap SATA DVD-RW, a GTX 470 video card, PSU - Corsair, Seasonic, Antec (500W +) and a case.
