Where should I plug this soundcard?

I have an old system and a new system. The new mobo is an Asus P6X58D-E
This sound blaster soundcard is a PCI-Express. not sure if its 1x, 2x or whatever.

Can I plug this in on my mobo? I've attached screenshots of all available slots on my mobo and the soundcard.

Ur mobo PCI Express slots are the following:
3 x PCIe 2.0 x16 (x16, x8, x8 or x16, x16, x1)
1 x PCIe x1
2 x PCI

It might work
