What's your overall budget? I would recommend a GTX 460 instead of a 5770. Or maybe a gtx 450 due to Adobe's CS suite utilizing nvidia's CUDA technology. Not sure how/if photoshop will benefit from CUDA, but it's there for you if you need it. CPU looks good, psu is sufficient, case is sweet. No more insights from me.

A case would be nice.

The HD 5770 is good, but there are better options like mortonww said to go with that x6 CPU. You'd probably bottleneck your build with the motherboard should you decide the GPU isn't cutting it later on and want to add another in CF because it will be 16x/4x instead of 16x/16x or 8x/8x, both which would be much better for a CF set up. I'd recommend going with an X, GX or FX chipset.

Here's a good option for not much more.

Yeah, I guess you would need to quantify "a little gaming on the side" a bit more in order to pin down the best GPU option.

@mosox -- read first line of post...

@mortonww -- no "budget" but i am also looking at a GTX460 ...
most of my gaming is on a PS3.... no probably no gaming other than something like a C&C generals....or something mild graphic intense

@ kureme -- good point took your advice and switched up...
