For the RAM, I'd suggest this kit:

G.Skill ECO
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Lower voltage, higher frequency, lower latencies, same price.

This motherboard will give you the option to SLI in the future if you ever want to.
It also has SATA 6 and USB 3 with just one GPU.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

I'd also suggest this case for $59.99 (+$10 shipping):

HAF 912
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

I only suggest those because I've had some bad experience with OCZ DDR3. They just wouldn't run at rated speeds with specified voltage. I'm also hearing that their quality has been a bit suspect lately.

Otherwise, it looks good.

^+1 about the OZC ram.
Is this a Canadian or US build ?

And don't pair an i5 750 with a H55 mobo get a P55 board they are much better and have more memory bandwith.

+1 for this. Yeah, you don't want to pair an i5 750 with an h55 motherboard. It will work, but the h55 chipset is meant to utilize the on-die graphics processor of the i5-6xx and i3 cpus. P7P55D-E Pro is great.

I forgot to mention that this was a Canadian build.
For the mobo would you recommend asus p7p55d-e pro. or GIGABYTE GA-P55A-UD4P

The ASUS E-PRO is the best board it features a PLX chipset that provides speed for usb3 and sata3 without using pci lanes.
The Gigabyte doesn't have one and suffers usb3 and sata3 speed loss and reverts back to 2.0 normal speeds when crossfire is utilized.
The Giggy is a good mobo but keep that in mind if you ever xfire you'll lose 3/3 function.

Thanks everyone. I will take everything into account when I order.

I will definitely be changing my motherboard to - asus p7p55d-e pro
and my ram to -G.SKILL ECO Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 1600
I might change other things if it works out to be a better value and I might also post pictures; if I remember.

Question: A friend of mine believes that the gtx 460 is a better value; as it can be overclocked to a speed equal or greater than the 470. yay or nay ?

My response to him was simply that the gtx 470 can also be overclocked :na:  !

The 460 offers better value, but the 470 offers better performance.
