Hd4850x2 on a 500w PSU

Hey guyz, i wanna pick a HD4850x2 from a friend who is selling it relatively cheap. I was wondering if the Silverstone Strider 500w with +12V rail with 34A could handle it ...

What do you think, i'm no expert when it comes to PSU ...

Ati recommends a PSU with 650W or greater, so no I don't think your PSU would be good enough.

it says it consumes180w under loaded power ...

$100 is a good deal but trying to use it on that PSU is not a good idea. Even if it starts up you will be pushing it to the limit which is always a bad idea as it will shorten the life span of the unit and cause general instability.
