Computer Freezes after re-entering a game.

So here's the issue. I can play any game I have no problem. The problem comes when I completely exit out of that game and re-enter or enter another game. As soon as the game starts loading my computer completely freezes. This just started out of the blue a day or so ago and I just can't find a reason let alone a fix for it.

Anything would be helpful.

This can happen from too many things to list, and especially not knowing ANYTHING anout your system is impossible.

Common issues: PSU under powered, Conflict try MSCONFIG -> select Diagnostic and reboot, bad RAM use Memtest use ISO/zip and create a bootbale CD/DVD and run for 1 hour -> http://www.memtest.org/ , Game itself look for update 'patches', AHCI + Registry corruption -> http://support.microsoft.com/kb/922976 , GPU update or downgrade the driver, and lastly problems with your CPU, MOBO, GPU or RAM as mentioned.
