What is Triple channel?

Last time I build a computer, it was dual channel. Now I heard of triple, does that means 3 sticks? Wich motherboard have it?

The LGA1366 sockets (X58 motherboards) are triple channel. But from what I've heard it was a stop gap until Intel could release SB. It's pretty much dead now and not suggested especially for the cost. SB being cheaper and performing better than LGA1366. Also there's no upgrade path for the LGA1366 socket. Or at least I haven't seen any.

LGA 2011 with it Quad Channel, 32-lanes of PCIe 3.0, etc and 6+ core Sandy Bridge Extreme is the LGA 1366 replacement.
