I have a Asus m4a785td-v mother board, Athlon II x4 620 processor and I was using corsair xms3-1600 memory. One off my modules went bad so I ordered G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL8D-8GBXM from newegg. When I put it in today I cannot get my computer to post. Any suggestions or just not compatible?

Thanks for the link. This will help a lot if I can get to the bios. Like I said I can't even get a post. Fans spin lights come on but no beep, to bios.

Sorry, forgot you mentioned that.

Check with 1 RAM stick in (single channel)? Will it POST?

Checked their site and your board isn't listed as a 'qualified motherboard'. They have the P67/Z68 boards listed, but no AMD. So I guess no guarantee it will work. :(
