Gaming System Suggestions

I'm trying to keep the price between $500-600 but if it's worth it I could go higher and move up to 8G RAM and buy Win7. I was planning on using Windows XP but after talking to some friends I might just end up moving to 7 and upping my RAM. I'm only gaming on this system and right now I'm not playing an FPSs right now just EQ2.

A. Please review this build and if you have any suggestions I'd love to hear them.

B. If I buy Win7 and increase my RAM to 8G are there any combo deals out there that are better then this while still keeping the price as low as possible?

You only want 4GB RAM for gaming, do not increase it to 8. You do want win7 64 so you can run beautiful DX11 graphics.

Lord of the Rings Online just changed to F2P and added DX11 graphics. The improvements are mostly subtle but create a noticeably better overall experience than DX10.
