Problem in speeding up internet

Hello,
I recently got internet connection fron comcast. It is very slow. I tried to fix it follwing the instruction slip given by comcast. But I have a problem.
I opened internet explorer but I could not find the location to click on "I am a customer" in comcast page. please tell me the link of the web site.
