Bluetooth peripheral device driver download windows 7

I'm trying to get my phone working with my laptop, but when I try to get bluetooth working I have a missing Bluetooth Peripheral Device Driver.

Is this for the bluetooth in my laptop or for the phone I'm using?

When asking a question, you should try to provide as much info as possible, like what's the model of the phone & laptop you're using.

My question for you is; Have you tried using a sync cable?
