Antec EA650 in Dell Studio XPS8100 ?

Hi,
It's almost certain that it will obvious for you but I'd like someone to confirm me that the Antec EA650 will correctly replace that shitty Lite On 350w in my Dell Studio XPS8100.

Same size ? All the needed power cables will be provided by the new PSU ?

I try to check that by myself for a few hours now, and couldn't find anything really convincing.
