I have an ASUS K42J i3 350M with a ATI Mob Radeon HD5470 with dedicated 1GB memory. Os is Win 7. I installed MS Office 2010 last week. My base score went from 3.7 to 1.0. No VRAM is detected. I made some performance enhancing tweaks but nada. BS is still 1.0. What else could be done other than running to the ASUS service shop? Help here is most appreciated.
