Random crashes

Hello,
im building a pc for a friend. after install of the os. I tryed it the next day and i had muiliple bsod and the os was operating strangley. after porbalbly 5 mins of reboots it finally stabalized. i ran mem test and it came back ok annd the hardrive is ok. it seems that it has porbablms when it boots up "cold"
help!
