Motherboard Won T Power up

Hello, i have a intel dg33bu desktop board with an intel pentium dual processor its an lga775 slot and it wont power up i have everything hooked up the green led on the board lights up and my power butoon on the tower flashes but nothing happens i built the computer myself

I would check you psu most of the time if a computer will not turn on its the psu.
