650W Seasonic PSU?

I see that this great 650w psu is on sale, so I just had a question. I plan to overclock crossfired 6850 GPUs and an i7-950 processor, would 650w psu be adaquate?

Crossfire 6850's use about 385w + 130w for the 950 = 515. Leaves you 135w for everything else.

Should be ok.

That PSU is a steal.
