Having trouble connecting the power switch etc cables to a motherboard

I have this motherboard and I have no booklet on it nor do I know which motherboard it is. I don't know the brand, etc. I tried looking on it but it seems to be generic or something since it doesn't say any major brand or model. It has numbers on other stuff like chipset stuff and the on the stuff where you put cables. The little metal pins have no colors nor are they marked with text that allows me to know where to place these thin cables.

If I can get to figure out which motherboard it is, then I could probably find pdf documentation and figure it out on my own but I guess that that will not be possible so can someone help me achieve this?

Thanks for the reply. I've taken many but most were blurry. Here is the one I found to be the best:

It looks to be an older motherboard since I see two IDE connections and no SATA ports. You best chance, if no one can identify it by eye, is to get into the BIOs to check for some information.

Header next to where the wires come up looks to be marked Panel_2
The pinout for Panel_2 is labeled just above the AGP slot
