Final Build Advice

My goal is run Final Fantasy XIV on my HDTV with an avg framerate around 30 fps or better. The requirements for this game have been compared to Crysis so I stretched to fit in a 5850. My budget is a FIRM $800 and I need a complete tower with wireless keyboard/mouse and an OS. Here goes:

Can I do any better with my budget? Will my CPU bottleneck the system? Will everything fit in the case? Are there any brands used that are unreliable? Would it be safe to overclock some components? Are there any incompatibilities? Any suggestions for improvement while preserving the budget are welcome.
