Rundll32 use 50 percent cpu usage windows 7

when i was open my warcraft3 i have to double click befor it run and f i close the game my cpu usage goes to 50%.how can i stop cpu usage use 50% ?

I can't find the exact solution to this matter but there is a solution to this with a little side effect.
First, go to c:\windows\system32 and find a file named gameux.dll. Change the ownership of the file to your username and tick the allow full control next to your username. Then just move it to somewhere else or change the file extension. I have tried it and it works.
