Css GOT ALOT OF LAG HELP!!

help me please.
I got alot of lag i don't mean internet lag but i mean css run slow only css.
Other big games run fast.i got 1gb ram 94mb graphic and css Doesnt work good for me.and i got all video settings low and i cant CHANGE THEM TOO !
i tried other PC that got 256mb ram and CSS WORKED SOOOO FAST !!!!

Help !!!!!

I think i need a better Driver not a better video card.Becus the other PC used CSS FAST ! and he got only 256mb ram and 64mb ram.

what are your system specs?

you should also check your internet connection

what kind of gpu (nvidia, ati, etc...)
