Css GOT ALOT OF LAG HELP!!

help me please.
I got alot of lag i don't mean internet lag but i mean css run slow only css.
Other big games run fast.i got 1gb ram 94mb graphic and css Doesnt work good for me.and i got all video settings low and i cant CHANGE THEM TOO !
i tried other PC that got 256mb ram and CSS WORKED SOOOO FAST !!!!
