I can`t get USB stiks back working.

Hello,
On my Laptop with Win.7 i can`t get the USB devices working. ( stiks and the mous ) they do work on other PC.If i plug in a USB stik it gives the mesage, usb device not recognized. In the Universal Serial Bus Contloller it`s given as Unknown Device, but it is not shown in the Disk Management, as disk 1 or 2 or 3. Only disks C and D are shown. What can i do to get the usb devices going???

My Laptop is a Acer aspire 7739 with Win.7 64 bits. ( 6 month old )
It gives me so many drivers to download and I just don't know what to download, can you give me a suggestion.

Yeah! Download a compatible driver with your drive.

What do you mean by "with your drive "
