Motherboard just beeps

My motherboard just beeps when i turn it on. One little beep every five seconds or so and eventually it starts up. No bios screen or anything until it starts. What's wrong?

I already pulled and put back in the ram and SATA cables and no difference. The website says the two beeps i am getting is either a CMOS setting error or bad memory but it depends if my bios is AMI or Award. How do i find this out?

MSI Z68A-GD65 (B3), G-Skill DDR3 1600 8gb, i7 3.4 (3.8turbo), AMD Raedon HD 6770, Seagate 7200rpm 1TB. Didn't clear CMOS.

Tried it, first stick beeped once then shut down, second stick booted right after first beep. Kept it in the main slot and put the other in the other slot. booted fine twice then went back to normal. I also get this message every time it starts up "The function boot from USB disk failed. Please check USB dis and or Rom or enter setup." I've removed all my usb devices before and this still pops up.

After clearing the CMOS, reseating the ram, and diconnecting/reconnecting all cables again, it booted up after the first beep. Hopefully it stays like this. Thanks!
