Definately ASRock P67. Im not an Intel fan myself (old school AMD boy here), but MSI if you are a "tweaker" tends to be a little more intensive. My roommate just bought an MSI board and works great, but he is not an OC'er. He runs everything stock speeds. If you plan on doing some manual "upgrades" the ASRock is much more user friendly!


This is mostly research and opinion, as i am an ASUS junkie! If you are familiar with MSI, this might not be as much of an issue.
