C:\ access denied

I think I created a problem after attempting to manage "User" properties. I try to create a new folder on my desktop and get a "c:\ access denied" error message. Can not select the "C" drive to view its contents in Windows Explorer, either- get the same message. If I choose "Properties," it shows the pi chart and indicates it is full....which I know can not be accurate- just before I had this issue, I had checked this and seen the pie indicating on 25% utilized (one minute later- no access and 100% utilized). Anyone have suggestions?

is that the only user on the pc, if that is the only user, its time to reload.
sounds like you removed some permissions from youre logged in user.
