I'm doing a really budget upgrade for a friend who would like to be able to play CoD Black Ops.
His current specs are:

Pentium D E2140 @ 1.6GHz  (Needs Upgrade)
2x 1GB Kingston DDR2 800 :??: (Also Going to Upgrade)
Intel DG33TL Motherboard :) (Supports all 775 CPU's to Date)
512mb Gainward 8600GT :( (Also Going to Upgrade)
400 Watt Aopen PSU  (Also Going to Upgrade)

The Parts I've chosen for the Upgrade are as follows:

Intel Pentium D E6700 @ 3.2GHz :)
Another 2x 1GB Kingston DDR2 800 :)
1GB Inno3D GTS450 OC :)
500 Watt CoolerMaster Extreme Power PSU :pt1cable:

He only has a 17" Monitor, so he'll be playing it at 1024x768 or thereabouts.
My question is, would this machine be powerful enough to run this game at
Medium-Low settings?
Oh, and is the 500watt CM PSU enough to power this rig?

Any advice is welcome, but I'm on a really tight budget, so these parts were the best
I could get within his price range.

PS. I only chose the GTS 450 because it costs the same as the GTS 250 here, so I thought
it would be a slightly better option, I know it's not much of an Improvement on the GTS 250.

Thanks. :)

Solution
At 1024x768, the 450 will easily be able to max out the game graphics. It could probably max it at 1280x1024 too.

Yeah that PSU looks great.
