I need a help finding me a RAM for this, I been told this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231277 is a little overkill, will it still works? If you have a RAM suggest for me, let me know =) Thanks.

There's nothing 'overkill' about F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL; you'll need to set the AI OC Tuner -> DOCP and set the DRAM Frequency -> DDR3-1600 MHz and perhaps the CAS Timing = 9-9-9-24-2N {2N is the Command Rate} but those a pretty 'typical' and 'SPD' will probably set them correctly.

For a few bucks more -> F3-10666CL9D-8GBRL or F3-12800CL9D-8GBRL 2x4GB Kits, and you'll need a 64-bit OS. OSes and Apps are growing more bloated day by day and thankfully the 4GB/stick density is well priced.

Yep, the F3-10666CL9D-4GBRL will work on your MOBO.
