Nvedia geforce 8400 graphic card displaying some time but not all time

I am Iqbal and ihave nvedia geforce 8400 512mb graphic card. But few days ago it creating problem, when i start my pc most of time the HDD led and power botton of computer are flashing alternately. After appox 20-25 second pc started with one beep pc ok sound but after that it not displaying trough graphic card. what the horable problem, please help me out. thank you.......
