Nvedia geforce 8400 graphic card displaying some time but not all time

Hello sir,
I am Iqbal and ihave nvedia geforce 8400 512mb graphic card. But few days ago it creating problem, when i start my pc most of time the HDD led and power botton of computer are flashing alternately. After appox 20-25 second pc started with one beep pc ok sound but after that it not displaying trough graphic card. what the horable problem, please help me out. thank you.......

Check the card temps? It could be an overheating...

Or try your card in different PC, if the same problem occur then your card is going bad/dying.
