Pc powers on but no beeps and doesn\'t boot.

I had a a FTW 200 for about a year now, and today i noticed that sudenly the four cores of my cpu were 90º each.

I hastely turned off the computer, and i vaccumed the dust, then the pc wouldnt boot, it spins the fans 2 or 3 times then starts again, no beeps no signals of monitor.

my question is, Motherboard, or cpu? (Power supply works in another pc).

All is posible , ram, motherboard , and Cpu and suggest if remove hardware must unplug power AC from PSU.
- test your ram in another pc
For check mobo or cpu :
- remove batteray from motherboard , let 15 minutes , put it back .
- remove your cpu from socket, replace new thermal paste. Clean fan and hsf use alcohol.
- test use mobo + cpu + speaker mobo only, plug power psu , turn on your system if no beep your motherboard damage. If you hear beep it means cpu + mobo OK.
