Broadcom netxtreme gigabit ethernet driver yellow icon

Hello,

I Recently Tried To Install a
broadcom netxtreme gigabit ethernet driver
For my HP Dc7100 (Small Form)

And It's Under the Network Adapters But It has a Yellow ? icon Next to it
When i Place the Cable in the computer, It says "Incoming Connections, No Clients Connected"
It's Really bugging me, i'm sick of using wireless, my OS is XP

    [#0005ff]The yellow mark shows it has a problem - it's either disabled and needs to be enabled or it needs a driver before it can work. You're lucky you have the makers name so you can go to their website for the driver. Are you sure it didn't come bundled with an install CD?[/#000ff]
  2. Yeah, It Didn't Come With The Cd, I had To Download The Driver Off Their Website.
  3. i also download all of network driver in this site ( http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareIndex.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodNameId=473284&prodTypeId=0&prodSeriesId=402163&swLang=13&taskId=135&swEnvOID=1093#11395 ) but its all doesnt work... yellow mark is still there... how can i fix it?
