GTX 460.
Because you want to do 3D modeling, Graphic Design, which CUDA cards are better than ATI cards.
Both cards will run just fine on the either mobos... :)

GTX 460 is a better choice, but not just for 3D modelling,design etc. Its more powerful than a 5770 in games too,so go with it. And yes it should work fine on both motherboards

Gtx 460 better drivers than Ati 3dgaming and movies faster card.
